DHA Planning has secured planning permission for a replacement dwelling at Tunbury Avenue, located within the built confines of Walderslade, Kent.
The site is occupied by a bungalow and the proposal involves the redevelopment of the site to provide a larger scale chalet bungalow.
The scheme was developed in detailed discussion with Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council. A previous application was withdrawn following comments from the Planning Authority in relation to scale, massing and design. The comments were addressed and a robust supporting case put forward in a revised application. The Council ultimately supported the revised design, in conjunction with the supporting Planning, Design and Access Statement submitted.
