DHA Planning has secured planning permission for just over 400 photovoltaic panels on the roof of an office building in Bournemouth on behalf of Sunconcept UK Ltd.

The panels will generate electricity for use within theoffices from a renewable source, together with supplying power back to the gridto allow feed-in-tariffs to be collected.
DHA submitted and managedthe planning application, which included an assessment of the likely visualimpact of the installation, and dealt with concerns raised by the Councilregarding issues like solar glare and reflection.
DHA currently have anumber of live applications submitted on behalf of Sunconcept which are seekingplanning permission for similar photovoltaic arrays on a range of industrial,commercial and agricultural buildings across the country. For more information please contact David Harvey.
