Garden Centre development as Green Belt tightens
DHA have recently secured planning permission for a new canopy for a major garden centre chain in the Green Belt.

The garden centre site is in Staines within the Spelthorne Borough Council area. Like many applications for development in the Green Belt it was required to demonstrate that Very Special Circumstances exist and that the scheme would not harm the openness of the Green Belt.
DHA are currently working on a wide variety of garden centre applications from new canopies and site appraisals to major new build centre developments.
