Autumn 2017 has proved to be a busy period for DHA’s Planning, Transport, Urban Design and Environment teams.
With the Government seeking to increase participation in sport, we have had two major successes this autumn in securing new local authority managed sports and leisure facilities in the form of new leisure centres in Dover and Wokingham.
As with our many successes in securing new and improved schools, which have continued this year with the new Hope Academy proposal in Ebbsfleet Garden City and the Bullers Wood School for Boys in Bromley, these projects involve a multi-disciplinary approach; DHA’s Planning and Transport teams work closely together, providing a valuable service to our clients. We are also being increasingly called upon to provide our in-house expertise in managing and collating the often-complex Environmental Impact Assessments that are required on our largest projects.
Our latest newsletter provides more information on these and several other projects which DHA are engaged in. If you have any questions about any of the schemes highlighted, or if you would like to know how DHA can assist your next successful project, please do not hesitate to contact us.
