The town centre regeneration scheme provided an extension to the Cornbow shopping centre, Halesowen on the site of various derelict and underused buildings.  The scheme featured a two-level Asda superstore together with a new town centre multi-storey car park and improved customer facilities. It was also designed to link into an adjacent proposal for a new town centre bus station. DHA also helped to secure the swift dismissal of an application for judicial review of the decision.
