DHA secured planning permission on behalf of Gallagher Properties Ltd for a new B8 storage and distribution warehouse on a site within the countryside, strategically well located adjacent to the M20, Maidstone.

DHA Transport were able to demonstrate that the scheme will generate fewer traffic movements than the extant office planning permission on the site, working with Kent Highways at the pre-application stage to scope the Transport Statement and ultimately ensure that no highway objections were raised.
