Gravesend Police Station Kent

DHA has recently obtained planning permission for the redevelopment of Gravesend Police Station to provide 86 flats and 923m2 commercial floorspace. The scheme was subject to extensive pre-application discussions with Gravesham Borough Council on behalf of Kent Police. The design of the scheme was an important factor as the site is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area Consent has also been granted for the demolition of the existing police station.
