Formed in 1986, David Hicken Associates Limited, DHA Planning currently has 25 in-house staff serving clients throughout the UK.

  • Our Chartered Town Planning staff have backgrounds in both the public and private sector, as experienced Consultants and Senior or Chief Local Authority Planning Managers.
  • Multidisciplinary teams are formed with related professionals according to the demands of each project.
  • The scale of each client instruction handled by DHA is immaterial. We aim to maximise the opportunity for clients and produce successful new environments.
  • We take pride in understanding our clients' requirements and pursuing their interests with professionalism and vigour.
  • DHA operate throughout the UK. Our offices are based in Maidstone, Kent.
